The services are Fixing right tenants after thorough evaluation, legal and safe documentation, ensuring less unoccupied period, professional and cost effective maintenance, facilitation of making payments like EB, Property tax etc and most importantly maintaining a healthy distance between owner and tenant.


Tenant Fixing

  1. We assign a single point contact for all your interaction regarding rental services.
  2. We screen potential requests and facilitate inspections for only those Clients that match your preference.
  3. Tenant fixing with Clients concurrence and advance will be collected and deposited in flat owners account.
  4. Keys will be handed over to Tenant after the verification of Advance payment receipt.
  5. We will Co-ordinate with the tenant and intimate you the date of occupation.
  6. Coordination between the Flat Owner's Association, Owner & Tenant for Meetings will be extended. Minutes of Meeting will be sent to the owner by mail/whatsapp.

Property Tax & Water Tax Payment

Payments will be collected from owners and Property Tax, Water, Drainage tax payments will be paid yearly twice. Receipt will be given to the owners.

On demand of Extra works & Maintenance service request will be done for Owners / Tenants at additional cost

For extra work like Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil work, Wood work & Interiors, Rohini Home Care Services can be availed.

Service Charges

One month's rent to be paid to avail the services (Valid for one year)


If a tenant vacates after a year - charges apply for next tenant fixing

If a tenant vacates within one year then the paid amount is valid
