The Group

Rohini Group possesses a rich experience of two decades plus in the promotion of constructing apartments. To be precise it was in the year 1987 at the temple town of Srirangam, when a concept of new lifestyle in flats opened up here. Rohini not only changed the skyline of the island town but also spread its wings across the river Cauvery to Tiruchy.

The Experience

It is a score of 50 projects completed so far, comprising of about 1700 dwelling units. In other words covered area of over 1.75 million Sq.ft. having constructed. The group is headed by Er. M.V. Maruthachalam with experience of over 40 years in construction industry, earlier part of which were the assignments handled abroad. He is assisted by his son Er. M. Anand, another qualified engineer in Civil and Structural Engineering that apart Business Administration.

The approach

Professional approach is imbibed at all stages, right from preparation of building Plans, designing, the interior and the exterior, superstructure, electrical and plumbing layouts and finish with trained artisans.
