At the time of Completion of First Floor Roof - 20% of Construction Cost

At the time of Completion of Second Floor Roof - 20% of Construction Cost

At the time of Completion of Brickwork in flat - 10% of Construction Cost

At the time of Completion of Plastering and Flooring in Flat - 10% of Construction Cost

At the time of Handing over - 5% of Construction Cost
